Lisa, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the historic towns and villages of Suffolk. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely return if we visit the area again.
Nothing, it was perfect! 👌

The location was insane! We got to explore the gorgeous countryside with ease. Our room was like a dream; so comfy and the hot shower was a game-changer. Breakfast blew our minds with the variety and quality of locally sourced goodies. Lisa gave us all the tips we needed and even went out of her way to drop us off. The Lindsey Rose pub down the road was a food paradise. Lisa and Mark were the best hosts ever; super friendly and went above and beyond. Can't wait to go back!

Located in a peaceful rural setting, the property was conveniently situated for exploring the countryside. The comfortable rooms had all the necessary amenities, including a hot shower. the fantastic breakfasts, which included a variety of fruits, yoghurts, cereals, and locally sourced cooked options, were a highlight of my stay.
The wardrobe could use some improvement, as the plastic and wire hangers provided were not suitable for hanging skirts or trousers. It would have been more convenient to have appropriate hangers available.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance of a charming pub where we enjoyed a cozy dinner.
The lack of signage made it difficult to find the place and we wasted a lot of time driving around trying to locate it. , the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, which was frustrating as we were trying to plan our activities for the day.

The room at The Martins B&B was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the view from my window. Just breathtaking! And the best part? I had my own private bathroom with a big, relaxing bath. It was like a little spa retreat! The TV and tea and coffee making facilities were also handy for a cozy evening in. I felt so pampered!
I have to admit, the shower in the private bathroom was a bit disappointing for me. It didn't have the strong water pressure that I prefer.
